Stupid government

now on top of the high price in fuel the Canadian government is now charging us 2.4 increase in fuel for a carbon tax, don't we pay enough already.

You pay when the fuel goes in the car (basic fuel tax), you pay when it comes out (carbon emission tax)

In theory the proposed tax would be mitigated by income tax cuts etc.
