Improper pluraling.

It should be "2 Things that should not be".

If you're saying that was should be were, as written it's actually fine British English. The way collective nouns should be referred to is one of the differences.

I think its, "prime of the season" ie mid mid winter for death gems? Certainly not early spring which is a time of birth/growth, early spring represents life the exact opposite of death.

AI Cyclops pretender - Lost His Only Eye affliction, due to the fact that he installed an Eye of Aiming.

"You have discovered a laboratory" + "your lab was burned down," same lab, same turn.

The Eye of Aiming one is well known. I had to endure such a surprise some times ago, playing Caelum in a MP/team game. I had equiped several commanders, about a dozen, with Eye of Aiming + Bow of Botulf | | Ethereal Crossbow or something like that. One day came a big big battle against some ennemy, who sent a big flying SC on my rear lines. The said SC killed most of my bowmen/crossbowmen commanders, but I nevertheless won the battle. What resulted in several commanders picking twice an abandonned Eye of Aiming. My prophet did. By chance, my pretender did not. In the process, I lost the commanders killed in combat + 4-5 valuable mages & thugs blinded after combat. Since that day, the Eye of Aiming always makes me laugh ^^

Perhaps the developers can change its name to, 'eye of blinding'?

They should add code to change that to "2 Things That Should Not Be, were."

The sad thing is that it doesn't even hurt his Precision all that much. 7 => 5.

Yes, I was amused by the concept of a prime season for death. Having it appear in early spring just added irony.

Huh, you're right. I thought magic bonuses got added in afterwards, but I guess that's just for bonuses from weapons and such. IIRC blind Tartarian Cyclopses still manage to hit things with thrown lightning.

AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!!
Now I remember one thing I loved, and hated, about Dom3. Its addictiveness. I complained all the way back in day one of beta.

Start with a list of things you want to double check (such as lately with Edi's Map Editing faq). Start a "stupid quick little test game" just to check something. End up spending all day PLAYING the stupid quick little test game withouit getting to the next thing on the list!

Yeah, I do that quite a lot. I spent several hours the other day trying to kill the AI using just a modded dragon creature I'd added in as a recruitable on Silent Seas as a test. Recruit dragons (commanders, so one at a time), fly them around, siege forts, come back to defend my territory... hours. Ridiculous!
