Should I? or Shouldn't I? begin a new avatar thread to celebrate Shrapnel's new site and forums?

I'm thinking 64x64 is big enough, here's a sample..

I'd love a new avatar, if you're offering? This one works, but there's always room for improvement.

What a great idea David! I believe we have an avatar section. Mindi knows more about this than I. But I believe this software has that available if you would like to make use of it.

Yes I am sure some people would take advantage of having some stock avatars and with the new limits some people may want a slightly larger avatar.

If you could do up a version of the Lizard King from the Dom3 nation of C'tis, I would start preparing the footbath now. :D

I'm pretty sure that's twice in less than 48 hours you've mentioned footbaths..,:hide:

I could probably use a footbath, but I am afraid that Jim's little paws would feel creepy on my bare feet. Not to mention those big brown nocturnal eyes gleaming up at me with their crazed distant stare. :ahh:

I hope this works. Ten minutes in Gimp, thanks to EricM's sprite files!

It is missing the shine and border, I don't think I could say you should without those they are a staple!

Hah! Endo, I would hate to impose, but do you know the Prophet version of that guy?

I am a purveyor of ~Fine Footbathes & Accoutrements~. My appointment book is largely empty. One of my clients described me as "intense", most of the rest seem to prefer the term "touchy-feely" But, I have my regulars.

If you give the unit ID, I can make an avatar. At least for the human-sized units. I could try resizing large units as well, but it could take almost 15 minutes to get that looking right. :re:

Ok, I'll start a new thread and start posting new avatars.

Mindi, can you explain to me how I should best upload the images? as attachments? or use my photobucket account and you can grab and move them as time allows?

Cheers! :)

Either way is fine with me.

Edited to add, if you're accepting requests, you might want to start a seperate thread with a title that reflects that to get people's attention.
