Board or PC game ? ? ?

One thing is not clear for me... is Eat Electric Death! a PC game ? Or an old-fashioned board game ? Or is it an old-fashioned board game on PC ???

This isn't clear at all... www.gamershell.com placed Eat Electric Death in the PC section.. and a lot of other sites did the same. But on Digital Eel, I'm on the impression it's an old-fashion board game.

Which is it ?
