I got a "Nagot gick Fel! additem: bad cnr " well into a SP game. Tried a search but couldn't find this error. Does anyone know what this one is about and where a list of these codes might be for the future?

Not familiar with that one. Were you running any mods? Using the latest version? (3.17)

Dominions PPP's history page (http://www.illwinter.com/dom/history.html) shows a bug fix in version 1.05 as:
* "getitemfx, bad cnr" bug fixed.

I've gotten it several times tsting my mods, but it was usually on a first run with several errors. I can not understand its appearance deep into a game.

You're probably making some mistake with item commands. When you make new items, do you use the newitem command in the format of #newitem [nbr] ? IF you do and it crashes, just try using #newitem and then the otehr commands. If you're omitting the number, try adding it.

IF you're using the UORMM manual, I just noticed that the newitem command description says nothing about using item numbers in it, but I need to check with Johan K to make certain how it works.

I think I remember the circumstances when I got it. Lets say 50 to 60% sure.

I think you are using a mod and have a unique commander assigned to a non unique position. Most likely as a commander in province defense. Most of the time when it happens to me it is when my keyboard typed the wrong number. It usually works until you have to defend 2 provinces on the same turn.

Likely a newly created commander is given an item it cannot receive or something such. Not unlikely it is a modded unit type commander.
