Three questions:

1. Is it possible to submit scenarios to this site so that others can download them if they are interested?

2. How do I make it happen?

3. Made up a scenario for winSPWW2 with the Germans vs Soviets and if a couple of folks would like to test it, please post an address where I can email it to you. I don't have time to do PBEM testing so you can try that as well. All I can promise is sharing the notoriety if it's a hit.
