Permanent sub needed for Oceania in Qwerty game

Need a permanent sub for Oceania in Qwerty game--ever since my partner in crime left with Arco, I cant seem to send my turns for Oceania. Will fill whoever wants the position in on all the drama ;) PM me or Ano.

I saw Ossa at the forums recently, he even created some game... Did he just leave from the game?
Well, I'd like to point out that it is a team game which is already in rather late stage. Subbing for Oceania may be interesting for some not too experienced player as it allows to dive into the lategame but probably team Oceania-Arco has no chances to win while they are in war with noone and have decent position.
