i shot 2 times t-10m tank from russia -85 with amx something light tank from lebanon -85 with heat rounds

the armor of heat in t-10m is 0 and still my heat ammo does not penetrate the steel hull armor takes the hit and need over 40 to penetrate

i thought the heat armor 0 is losing even to heat value 1 but is the steel armor protecting against heat ammos too ?

if not why is my heat ammo calculated against steel armor

HEAT armor 0 means it is the same as steel armor.

HEAT armor is not 0 only when it is different from steel armor.

The HEAT armour represents such extra designs that make the armour more efficient against HEAT rounds than against kinetic penetrators.
