Shinuyama casting Gozu Mezu?

Should Shin have this new Yomi spell? I'm playing them in an MP game and this spell showed up on my list after the new patch. None of the other new Yomi spells have, as far as I can tell.

Excellent. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a bug before I tried it out in an MP game.

yes. it's slightly too high a level for what you get, but has some potential perhaps.
