Hi there!
I am a newbie at the forum and I am considering to buy D3. I have played a little (almost nothing) D2 before. Is it possible to purchase a downloadable version of this game? I live in Norway and ordering the physical game from the US seem to be a bit of a hassle (we have import taxes and crap like that if it is over 200 Norwegian kroner, which this game is).

Sorry. That is not an option for this game.

Unfortunately this is not possible.
What you might like to do is have someone trustworthy in the US or elsewhere order it then ship the cd key and cd to you in a smaller package. That is if you don't care about the manual.

It would be a great one for one of those idiot teams. Beavis and Butthead style movies that have broken out lately. Just enough logic to be real, but acting like its something huge they could be caught at would be funny.

My pc has died and I'm getting a new one. I still have my Dom disk but my question is this: Do I need to download each patch or will 3.21 have all the other patch goodness? If not, where are the older patches?

You just need the latest patch.

I think the Windows patches have to be applied consecutively, not sure though. The Mac and Linux patches just need the files extracted over any old ones.

Just the latest.

I think the last patch should have everything. I'm not sure about the maps added in spesific patches, but even those might be in the newest patch.

The maps are the reason that the patches are that big. If they wouldn't be included, then the patch files would only be a couple of kilobytes. Because of the changes to the map graphics, they range around the 10 MB mark.
