Only ammo can be reloaded by ammo vehicles. For the game that is HE, AP, HEAT (weapon 1 only) and SABOT (weapon 1 only) for weapons 1-4.

All the rest is not ammo - it does not live in the unit's ammo array. They don't appear in the weapons data of the OOB so the ammo truck has no clue how to deal with them since they don't have weapon ammo stats. They are not part of weapons 1-4's data in any way.

Smoke ammo, smoke dischargers and variants on the unit's EW code (as VIRSS is) are therefore not reloadable. They are attributes, not unit weapons.
