I reached constr 12!

Well, actually I reached constr 17, but 12 is the only interesting level.

How to get there: You need an insane amount if research (I had about 25000), which you can get from a moded map (Boron's testmap for example). Levels above 9 apparently don't follow the Fibonacci's array, so I don't know exactly how much research you need. It won't work once you have reached constr 9 and it says completed, so it's not possible in MP.

What you get: You can forge all those non-forgable unique items such as hammer of the cyclops, crown of katafagus, sun shield etc.

Map - nothing. But you want to place lots of researchers on the map. You're not going to spend hours recruiting them, are you?

I think he modded the map in such a way that he got a very large amount of research in one turn. So much that he went from lvl 1 to lvl 17 in one turn. Or at least enough to go from lvl 8 to lvl 10 in one go, preventing the game from locking the research path out.

Exactly. Except, you have to go from lvl 8 to lvl 12 in one turn, because research paths will lock out on the turn you get more research than 4600, whatever level you reached.

I wonder if there are any unique summons at Conj 12. Maybe you could get the Lords of Civilization, or summon the previous Pantokrator. Supposedly if you are really nice to the Pantokrator and give him good food and a foot rub he will play your nation in MP and then maybe give you some new national units or spells.

Aboleths are a sheer pain to play, even in SP. They need something wth decent slots on it.

I think they are fun, but Mind Lords need a tail attack or something too. I nearly lost one recently to a D1 mage casting Animate Skeleton. When your only damage is based on Breath of Winter and a Life Drain attack, you are screwed when you unexpectedly hit a few skeletons.
