I'd like to be able to wish for a magic site. You'd get an undiscovered (if level>0) random magic site in a random province.

This would be good, because it's something you might try if you don't know what works.
However, the Plague of X things don't work, because you'd have to know them. You can't guess them. The effects are nice, though, so I think those effects should be replaced with:
Famine - amount of supplied reduced to 33% of normal in all provinces for several turns
Plague - units are randomly diseased and little population dies over several turns' time
War - increases unrest everywhere and randomly causes barbarians, knights, villains, ronin etc etc to attack random provinces for several turns
Death - would stay as-is, killing the mage who casts Wish. :D Curiosity, eh?
Is blessings of harvest really necessary? Wishing for "food" or "supply" already creates several supply-items in your lab, for several hundreds' supply points' worth of supply, and +40 supply in every province wouldn't do much even if it was permanent, and it shouldn't be.
What do you Wish for? - Undone.
Stop all multi-turn effects from previous Wishes (Armageddon and the new suggested features), casts an unboosted dispel against all Globals and causes a MR-negates high-dam attack against all magic beings. This keyword should be checked as one of the first, and if this is found no further keywords are looked for.
What do you Wish for? - Creation. Genesis. Beginning.
Creates 100 units from Crossbreeding in the caster's province, summons 100 random animals as per the Nature ritual in the caster's province, increases population in the province by 1000 and makes the caster 10 years younger.
What do you Wish for? - Eternal Life. Health. Immortality.
Gives Boots of Youth and two Bottles of Life to the caster or, if he doesn't have the slots, puts them to laboratory. In addition, makes the caster 10 years younger and removes disease.
What do you Wish for? - Salvation.
Summons some angels. Not Seraph or Chayot, but perhaps 4-5 angels under their level of power. Also halves the amount of kills the caster has caused.
What do you think an unspoiled player would Wish for?
"I want to be a Lord of all Creation."
"Genesis Undone"
"Four Riders of the Apocalypse"
"Salvation"
"Gift of Reason" -> proceeds to choose a creature from a list

'Cowardice': Cancels all attack orders for that turn.
'Rage': All commanders commanding an army of a certain size (say 40 units minimum) have a change to get a randomly initiated attack order. Commanders who fail a morale test are unaffected, and commanders already issued an attack order are unaffected. If there's no enemy province or army within reach a move order towards the closest one is issued.
'# Wishes (For example 1000 Wishes)': The caster instantly dies and some unseen force steals one of your magic items from your laboratory, or some gems if you don't have one there.
Maybe that's too imbalanced, but I thought it could be pretty funny to use once in a while :)
I like Undone and Genesis, but Health looks a bit weak. Why not give the caster immortality + a bunch of base hit points. It's just one caster anyway, and it has to be boosted to S9. That's not the most common thing ever :)

Tranquility -- other nations and special monsters cannot move into your territory for one year (or half) by any means, nor can your units move out of it. Alternative: Instead of "move", just "things that would count as an attack", sneaking through is okay.

It has no effect if the current population is greater than 1000.
Besides, what you are thinking of would be "by".

But it would be a big help in provinces that have been emptied by bad scales.
Maybe it should be abit higher, and come with scales-healing also (or they might end up right back where they were). Actually I wouldnt mind a spell like that for doing provinces one at a time. Maybe re-roll the province as a fresh independents province.

Sure, 1000 isn't a lot of people but it's an awful lot better than the 0's left behind by LA Ermor. I'm also figuring it should affect either every province under your dominion, every province you own or probably every province in the world.
It will let you recruit that indie mage.

Ummm.. why do nonsense with boots of youth etc. when you could just give the commander that makes the wish Immortality like a vampire or lich. Ive always thought they should have that as a wish. Besides who the hell would waste a wish for some stupid boots of youth and that crap.

First, I'm not sure if it's possible to give a new ability to a unit without changing its creature type, and if "immortality" changed the wish-caster into a Lich or something, it would be an easy way to make immobile Astral 9 pretenders, mostly Oracle, mobile battle-mages.
Second, all Wishes don't have to be good all-around choices. Wish for "immortality" DOES provide it, in the "will never die of old age" sense (through items), and that's good enough IMO.
Furthermore, getting rid of disease in a hurry may be worth 100 gems, and getting youth-items for several mages at once may be priceless if someone just threw up a Burden of Time and you can't dispel it. Getting more youth-items might be necessary in that case, perhaps five or six in total.

Boots of Youth doesn't help with Burden of Time.
But I like Endo's idea for an immortality wish much better than actual immortality, which would be really unbalancing.

New Wish: Time of the Elders.
Each turn until dispelled, angels of destruction visit the brightest of this era, the cycle turns, the time of chaos has arrived.
Each turn the angels will visit 2-4 of the biggest, most experience rulers of the land. There is no beatng them, eluding them for they are death ...
And flight the only option...
(Special resistance roll.. If move > 2 x drn (ie, 4 open ended dice) the angel has been eluded... this turn.)

It might not be, but if it was I think it would be good to be able to wish for any of the Various abilities.
And perhaps wishing for them a second time would increase the effect if it was an ability that had higher levels like Stealth or Fear Aura
I'm not going to post a list of all the abilities but there are plenty that might be worth wishing for.
I generally take an Immortal pretender unless I'm doing an insane bless strategy and need a frost father or a weak human mage pretender, so wishing for Strength, Magic power are not bad choices. Wishing for abilities would be a nice bonus.

I would oppose any changes to Wish that allows the user to create arbitrarily powerful units (a couple thousand Astral gems = full resists, 30+ MR, 100 Health, Immortality, and blood vengeance before items??? that would be unstoppable).
While you could argue that if you have the Astral gems to create this unit you could win anyway, I would rather not have the ability in the game and force the player to use that "anyway" strategy they could have used instead.
Wish is powerful enough in that it gives any unit you want, any item you want, and all the magic gems and paths you want that the ability to turn any unit into an invincible SC is unnecessary.

Genocide of - "Master Smith". Yeah, thanks for killing Ulm. "Marshmaster" for MA C'tis. "Dusk Elder" for LA Ermor.
Two wishes for Genocide would wreck almost all nations (Arch Theurg, Theurg).
It's a really, really bad idea. Even if it only works for units, some nations are really screwed up, others won't be affected at all (say, their chaff of choice is called "heavy infantry" and can't be targeted by the Wish).

I still think that is incredibly overpowered. Any national sacred that is the cornerstone of a nation's strat.. would completely hammer someone.
At best it should hit a certain % of them, or require an MR check, or just give them disease or a random affliction
