I lost my cd...

So my laptop is dying with dom 3 and I wanted to try installing it over on my m ain PC. Unfortunately I have no idea where it is. =( Do you think I can just drag all the files over direct to this computer via network or will it not work? Help!

For games I play forever like Dom I always email myself the cd-key so I can find it later. If you've got your CD-key you can always borrow a cd from a friend if you need to...

There is a text file called just "key" which has your serial key in it and which is the most important thing regarding this. All else can be replaced.

What OS are you? Someone can give you hints on where your files are.
