To purchase some Naval Guns on land map. First you need to set up a coastal map ( :p Like No.20 Coastal City,SE Asia ) and choose a force with naval gun ( :D like USA ) , then purchse some naval guns. After that, click the "view map" button to enter the map screen and change the map to a land map.
Yap, you`ll be able to bombard your enemy with naval gun on desert or in jungle :D
And also the formation for purchase list is messed up as some formations in Artillery like "Light Battalion" and "NG Lt Bty" show the icon of naval gun and some other formations are totally unusable.
So we should go into the "Allied" screan and choose any of the forces, go into its "Artillery list", then "Allied" back. Yap, you can now also buy some land off-map artillery.:D
In PBEM game, only the host could do this ^^

And that would be his last PBEM game with the specific opponent.

Nah, give me my pz2000 and keep your naval gun.

Not a bug, since you deliberately chose a naval assault map with the gbeach variable set. Then you deliberately swapped to a land map. The game will try to accommodate your requests, but don't be surprised if e.g. you have unusable landing craft after purchase.

Just don't try silly things and you will not get silly results.

Use a beach map only for a beach assault battle or scenario (and probably only for scenarios as you may need to set the side for the assault player to match the map).

Cheers
Andy

:D The problem is when I did that, the Artillery formation list was messed up and needed me to "Allied" something then "Allied" back to restore it to normal :D
Yap, don`t think this would affect gameplay much, but just funny.

By the way, what is the 60Acc value of the Naval Gun for? Tuccy said the Acc value won`t affect the indirect firing.

I always considered Acc to stand for accuracy, but it's not like I know what the rest mean lol.

i think ACC stands for accuracy, compare acc value of say, USA 4.5 inch rocket(unit 109) and USA 105mm M2 FH (unit 079), the howitzer has greater accuracy value

I am not aware of any post WW2 european naval gun of 155mm size.

The other way around: A PzH2000 turret was modified and tested as naval gun ;) System MONARC. But IIRC it was cancelled due to complete navalisation being too costly.
