quick scenario install guestion

I just downloaded the Vengeance scenario (Thai Ranger and paramilitary vs. Muslim terrorists)and in the zip file is a file labeled "Ldr45.dat".

My question is where does that Ldr45.dat go? Do I put it in the SCEN directory with all the scenario files or does it go someplace else?

Also included is a revised, more realistic Thai unit leader name list that fixes many of the errors in the one that comes with WinSPMBT, which in turn what copied in full from Kate Monk's Onomastikon. No longer are Thai nicknames, first names, and royal names (the use of which could, if discovered by the Thai government, get SPMBT banned in Thailand for the crime of lese majeste), all mixed together without context.

Unpack to Game data/names if you want it to work.

The "smart" thing to do when presented with files like that is to back up your original becasue there are a half dozen things that could go wrong when altering name files if the person doing it doesn't know what they are doing and if you find that out after overwriting the original BECAUSE.... the games original "Ldr45.dat" is for ARGENTINA which has bugger all to do with Thai Rangers and paramilitary OR "Muslim terrorists" and one day this is how "bug" reports that make no sense at all are generated

looked at it. It is ldr54 not 45 so I guess it won't mess things up too much.

Uh yeah the scenario plays just fine. I always backup files when doing anything to the game...just in case.

54 is Thailand and that's better than it being Argentina but it really depends if whoever did this read the info text we include with the names and adheared to it. The game does not like "surprises" for some things
