Wargame of the Year 2008

As some of you might know UseNet’s War-Historical newsgroup has a yearly Wargame of the Year election.

The results :

War-Historical's Wargame of the Year 2008 :

# 1 - Panzer Command : Kharkov - 60 points

The Silver and Bronze go to :

# 2 - War Plan Pacific - 34 points
# 3 - Gary Grigsby's War Between the States - 14 points

I thought Birth of America 2 would be in the top three. But then that game might have been in last year's list.

Fine! If you want to replace PC:K with BOA2, and maybe rearrange the order. Thats fine by me. IMO, the PC series is slightly overrated. And I was a beta tester for the PC:OWS and did some video work with PC:K. I always thought the PC series could have been more. Needed bigger maps and better campaign(not linear).
