Hi
Interesting thing happened to me in the previous version of the game. my "SdKfz 250/7 GrW" with mortar, unit 159 for the germans, got hit and the mortar in slot 1 destroyed (-).
Interestingly I couldnt plot indirect fire for HE but could plot fire smoke indirectly.

Because in this game, smoke is a unit attribute - like RF or FC or S/D. It is not ammo that is attributed to any particular weapon, but is assigned by unit class and battle type on unit initialisation. (There is no slot for it in Mobhack).

It would allow you to plot the smoke missions, but would it actually fire?

Unforttuneately the game was a PBEM and it expired before I could test the actual firing, perhaps Andy knows the answer.

TreadHead Try to create scenario and remove weapon 1 from this unit and see if it works, i'll try that later
