How to Access the Fire filter?

I just recieved my copies of winSPWW2 and winSPMBT yesterday in the mail.
Can somebody tell me how to access the opt fire target filter?

When you are in a game press ' Y ' then when the sub menu appears press "FILTR"

Or just press the '0' (zero) hotkey to take you directly to the filter screen.
