Something I've been wondering for a while - does running a unit off the enemy's map edge have any effect at all?
Obviously when you run a unit off of your own edge, the unit is considered to have withdrawn, but what about the enemy's edge?
Is there an experience/rally boost for the unit, does it affect your overall score, etc.
A number of times where I've won but am mopping up, I've driving pretty much all my mobile forces out of the enemy's edge of the map, then realised "****, what if the game thinks they've been withdrawn, etc.".
Come to think of it, does withdrawing a unit have any effect on experience, points, etc.
