Attached to this post is what I call the Commander's Packet. If you are planning to or are considering participating in the tournament/campaign then you need to download and review these 3 documents.
The zip files contains 3 text documents;

VS-AI_Tourney_OOB.txt
VS-AI_Tourney_Rules.txt
VS-AI_Tourney_Campaign.txt - Is the general outline/overview of the campaign itself. The current situation you, as the 3rd Motorized Rifle Battalion Commander find yourself.
VS-AI_Tourney_OOB.txt - Is the complete detailed starting Order of Battle for the Soviet 3rd Motorized Rifle Battalion.
VS-AI_Tourney_Rules.txt - Is the "Official Rules" for this tournament/campaign. I will use this as the basis for any future games, tweaking them as we play through this 1st campaign.
