Two things I do not like about this nation:
Too much micromanagement!
Too overpowering!
I would like to submit my idea to reduce both:
No more free autospawning of units in territories!
My proposed new rule:
You can only reanimate new units no more autospawning. You can only reanimate more units by how many enemies you have killed in that territory. No more corpses no more units!
Thoughts?

It's actually considered quite weak in multiplayer. It's hostile dominion means that several players gang up against it, and it only has one trick, and it's not even that good of a trick.
It's overpowering in single-player, but many other things are as well. The AI is stupid. :(
It's also very micromanagement-intensive, and unfortunately, the best way to avoid that is not to play it.

I don't think it's a good idea to change the autospawn.
Regarding micromanagement:
If the ai plays it, MM isn't an issue.
If you want to play a reanimating nation, pick MA Ermor, or C'tis...
Regarding power:
In MP, Ermor gets ganged upon.
In SP and MP, priests with a line of infantry in front get rid of the chaff quite efficiently, particularly if you don't wait too much before attacking. Ermor's start is actually quite weak, except they can spend all their gold on castles/temples/mercenaries since they don't buy troops.
The most annoying with Ermor is their dominion, but since it's so bad, it makes sure people gang up on them, so it balances itslef out imho.
