Incabulos seems to have gone MIA in all his games, without any communication. As such, we're looking for a sub for his position in Wildred. He ended his war w/ Abysia a few turns ago, and so is at peace. As well, Rlyeh has recently gone AI, and so his vast underseas holdings (asiatwist map) are yours for the taking :)
It's a good position, and interesting as the rest of the players seem all to be engaged in huge wars. Atlantis is only moderately positioned on the score graphs, but with Rlyeh for the taking, that could easily change. PM me or post in the thread.
