Enslave Mind

Does berserk have any effect on enslave mind. I just went through a battle and watched about a dozen enslave mind spells have no effect. The units did not have a high magic resistance, 10-12, and I just can't understand why it wouldn't be more effective.

No, it shouldn't.

Although now it's been mentioned, the idea that berserk(x) could give +x to saves against mind-affecting spells seems sort of appropriate.

It's possible there's some intereaction we haven't seen there before - like a berserk unit can't switch sides no matter what, something like that. But my guess would be they just got lucky with their mr rolls.

I was a little unclear, perhaps. While I don't think any interaction like that occurs, I do think it would be a reasonable effect to have on berserk units (wishlist, anyone?). It'd certainly add spice to items that give berserk to units.

In my opinion berserk could use a small boost. The extra fatigue is pretty hard drawback.
