Hi guys, I just needed to share this idea with you. It has surely been up to discussion?

How about making a new magical ritual spells that will alter the body of caster, or target PERMANENTLY. Perhaps one can call this class of spells for Mentalism (The name Mentalism i think was a school of magic in the Swedish edition of D&D)?

Ritual of eagle-eye sight = permanent precision +1 (costs 10 astral; i have no idea what the spells should cost)

Ritual of Glorious Strength = increased strength + 1

Ritual of Unsurpassed Speed = movement speed in battle +1

Ritual of Obesitas = increased amount of HP

Ritual of The Banner Bearer= increased morale

Ritual of Extreme Stamina = invigoration +1

Ritual of Surgical Strike = Attack skill

Ritual of Tenacious Fortitude = Defence skill

and on and on

Might it be a good idea?

Interesting, but it would change the game too much. As it is SCs dominate the end game already without being able to fill in every weakness. If you really want this, I believe Wish can be used somewhat (I think wishing for "power" increases Strength and Health?).

If you want to see if this is moddable (I doubt it) you can go ahead, but I don't think this will make it into the default game.

Short answer: Not moddable.

Also: Wishing for Power does already do many of these functions.

Wishing for Power increases Strength by 20, Attack by 10, Defense by 10, Precision by 10, and Hit Points by 50, the first time you cast it. The second and subsequent times you get half that much, IIRC.
