Does a flying unit moving to a another friendly province but crossing enemy provinces in between still have the same movement order priority that land units have when moving to friendly provinces? does the same hold if the unit is stealth and were to be currently in an enemy province?

1. Yes, I seem to remember it working just so.
2. I don't understand your question. Magic movement, then movement to your provinces, then attacks. However, if your unit sneaks, it will already be hiding when enemy attacks, so it won't matter (I think) whether it will move away before or after they take a province...

I think the question here is... If I "Move" (not "Sneak") my currently-hiding stealthy flyers from an enemy province to one of my provinces, will they arrive at the destination before an enemy moves there through mundane means?
If that's not what the OP was asking, well... I am. Because I don't know.

Yes. Your stealth unit will arrive to the battle.
Normal movement (of any kind) happens before normal battles, so you shouldn't need to worry about this. The only time you need to worry is magic battles and assassinations and sneak attacks (which happen before movement). Magic attacks (which include teleporting armies) and assassinations and sneak attacks are the only three things that can intercept armies.
A flying army cannot be intercepted unless the commander(s) is(are) killed (by assassination or because they were killed in a pre-movement battle).

I'm not entirely sure about this, but I thought sneak attacks joined in with whatever other attack you made on the province.
That is, if you teleport someone in and order sneakers to attack, they will all attack in one battle in the magic phase, but if you don't use teleport, but just move a normal army and still order the sneak attack they will still all attack in one battle, but now in the normal battle phase. I think if they attack on their own, it will be in the normal phase, not before army movement.
Flying armies move in the movement phase and can be intercepted by magic attacks as usual. Which is what I think you meant, but it's unclear. Losing provinces in between doesn't affect them, of course.

Yes, that was my question. That would help avoiding patrolling in that turn I presume.
