Attachment troubles ...

I would like to be able to attach 7-zip archives to posts, alas, I can't because the forum does not recognize the ".7z" file extension. (7z compression ratios are quite a bit better than those of zip files ...)

.txt and .pdf file allowed sizes are a bit small.

.jpg are allowed to 2x the size of .jpeg - why?

Maybe someone could look into the attachment size settings in general?

We've added 7z format (I think). Let me know if you have trouble. Also updated the sizes to more uniform numbers.
