8cm PAW 600 a.k.a. 8cm PWK 8H63

I've noticed the German OOB has the 8.8 cm Raketenwerfer 43 “Pueppchen” (Weapon 072) but not the 8cm PAW 600. Both were low production, fairly obscure weapons - just curious why one, and not the other?

The only reason I ask, is I was looking for the PAW 600 in the games, and got confused and at first thought the two were the same weapon with different names, until I busted out my books!

1) Count the number of free weapons slots in the GE OOB (0?)

2) Count the limited number of free unit slots (4 or 5?)

Given those facts - why add something as rare as hen's teeth?.
(I have never in many campaigns, had the desire to buy a Pupchen)
