Does anybody know if kills with global spells (like Wrath of God or wishing for Armageddon) are counted as kills for targeting Vengeance of Dead?

No. Same for all ritual spells (seeking arrows etc).

edit: Well, as long as the kills in the HoF count.

What?

I distinctly remember getting mages into HoF by casting Murdering Winters et al, so rituals should count.

Flames from the sky's kills count to HoF.
Wrath of God maybe shouldnt count as the bolts are sent by god, not that mage.

Direct rituals like this definitely count. I'm unsure about global/dominion based rituals like Armageddon or Wrath. Also dunno about assassination rituals like seeking arrow or mind hunt.

Armageddon probably doesn't since it kills population rather than actual units. (correct me if I'm wrong here)

It also hits every single unit in the world with a 6ap+DRN attack, or something similar, so it does directly kill normal troops and commanders too. But i'm not sure if they count towards the kill count though.

Every 10th unit, isn't it?

I thought it was everyone. I can be mistaken though. And armor does offer protection from it so anything with prot12 should take around 0 damage anyway so you don't see too much troops dying (that is, if the damage is actually 6ap). Mages on the other hand...

20% I believe. And I think I heard that it was 12 normal damage, not 6 AP.
