YARG is a random, no diplomacy game, so I can't say much more. But if you take a look at the score graphs, they're doing fairly well for themselves. They have staled only once the entire game, and if you pick them up quickly, that one stale may be the only one they ever suffer.
This sub offer also comes with the following benefits package:
1) This nation was played by executor, a player with plenty of experience and capability.
2) Strategic and tactical information from the resigning monarch before he shuffles off.
This isn't your normal, player disappears and no one has any idea what's going on situation. If you're going to take up a permanent sub position, this is the one to take.
