After some talk in IRC, I tested Regen in conjunction with mages with Nature magic.
Results:
- Having level L in Nature does not affect innate regen
- Having level L in Nature does not affect regen from items
- Having level L in Nature gives a per-turn bonus to regen of +L HP, when the regeneration is the result of a spell. So a 50HP unit with 10N will get (5 + 10) = 15 per turn regen.
- Having level L in Nature gives a per-turn bonus to regen of +X HP, X is close to L, when the regeneration is the result of a bless. So if the god has N6 for a 10% bless, a blessed 50HP unit with 10N will get for example (5 + 8) = 13 per turn regen. Sorry, could not figure out the exact formula.
- Having level L in Nature magic does not otherwise affect the effectiveness of Regeneration or Mass Regeneration spells (vanilla units do not regenerate more)
