I was looking for a chart or a description of seasonal effects in game (including contingent factors, like how a Dominion's streght can overrule them).

I found scattered references to them in the Wiki, but not in the manual. If I missed them (the book, after all, is thick :)) just point me to the page.

Thanks!

It's generally plus 1 across the board. Attack, defense, Mr, etc. Some other stuff might be enhanced if you can pop the appropriate spells.

Are you looking for a description of how the seasons affect heat/cold scales, or how cold/heat/spring/dark/etc. power work? If the latter then as Lingchih said. If the former then it's complicated, but during summer scales move slightly toward the heat end of the spectrum and in winter they move toward cold. Dominion scales then try to push them back toward the equilibrium temp for that dominion. I don't understand the details.

It was the latter. As I see, it is as holistic as I thought :)

It is strange that their effect isn't detailed in the manual, however, considering how almost everything else is. Maybe someone with superior knowledge could consider a Wiki entry.

I think spring power is much more than +1 str. It can give +- 50% to hit points based on the season.
