Is there anyway to edit the game prefs outside of the game and force it to run in a specific resolution? For some reason I can't set it higher than 1024 x 768 in game... I've looked all over the forums and in the doc's and manual but I can't find anything on the topic... 1920x would be preferred.

There is a way, which I'm sure someone will elaborate on in a minute, but I don't know if the game would support 1920x

It has the option in game its just grayed out like all the other options cept the top four...

FIXED! Setting 1920x1200 resolution didn't work properly.

All kinds of preferences can be set. Screen, audio, volume of clicker, things to speed up displays, turn off things like the credits screen, set rename on all the time or the indept strength defaulting higher, color preferences in the generated maps, etc. The keywords are command-line switches.

However the specifics on HOW to do it depends on what OS you are on. WinXP, Vista, Win7, Mac, Linux, etc.
