Settings on default for Llamaserver: ten hall of fame entries, renaming on, score graphs on, one starting province, independent strength five, standard research, 100 resources, 100 supplies, 100 money, common events.

Victory is by eliminating all other players or unanimous agreement of remaining players. Ties are not allowed – there can be only one winner. Non-binding diplomacy is allowed. Complaining and quitting are frowned upon except in extreme circumstances.

I have some problem with the llamaserver.

For some reason the server doesn't accept my 10th turn. When i send the e-mail i get an error message saying my IP is blacklisted and mail is not accepted.
I can't understand how or why my IP should be blacklisted now. I had no problems sending or receiving turns from llamaserver until now, in any game i played.

I can't send a mail to llamabeast either for the same reason.
Any ideas what is happening here?

Hmmm... maybe try sending the email from a different computer? Or a different internet connection if you can access one?

Maybe post on the general forum and see if anyone else has any ideas.

oh crap i'm sorry about that - i usually check at least once every 8 hours but you posted right after i left for work today. Usually I come straight home from work and check again but tonight i went out to bar trivia instead of going home and didn't get back until right after the host. It was really bad luck. I'll try to be more careful to check at least every 8-10 hours.

Watch out. Swearing will get you banned. Besides, you are just bitter that I smacked you around so well in End of Time.

But really, you should do better math. You lost 39 magi to my one magi. And 58 troops to my 29. And mine were 20 dirt cheap hawks at 1/4 gem each.

I lost 4 empty provinces held by scouts and pd. And I'm not the one who lost 5 provinces in a single turn by forgetting to buy one PD and letting me take them with scouts.

You now have 4 unsieged forts. That's 10 turns of mage recruitment to replace your losses. And you lost 20 elephants. So let's see, somewhere about 5000 gold lost to my 100 gold and 5 air gems?

But man it really hurts to be on your ignore list. I had to go and cry for an hour to get over it.

Well, I hope it's understood that I was doing in game taunting of my opponents. As you can see I started with the nation names, NOT the player names.

I tried to build some diplomatic agreements when I started and was rejected and attacked wholeheartedly from 2 sides by vastly superior numbers of troops.

Taunting my opponents is simply another form of diplomacy and has nothing to do with you as players.

However, if that's not understood I will refrain from taunting. Let me know. It's very popular in a number of my other games. Part of the roleplaying.

Role-playing and some silliness are appropriate at times. But personal attacks are not okay.

well crap as you guys probably saw the game mis-hosted this turn. I think the better option is to just proceed onward. In other games where i have tried roll-backs it only made things worse and introduced weird errors.

Well, best suggestion was have half players submit and half not :) Then roll back. All round it's a bit of a mess.

Alternately you could have each player submit and force host without the others. Find out who's turn is corrupt.

okay so i haven't really gotten a lot of suggestions. Here is what i'm thinking: maybe the problem happened because of something that got set-up in turn 65 (the last one that worked). Or maybe it has something to do with utgard stale-ing so long.

So maybe we should roll back to turn 65. I will change utgard's email address to my own and make him AI. Then I will force-host with only his turn in. Then we can try to play our turns again for 66 and see what happens.

Otherwise it's the best idea we have.

I thought I could avoid the CD key error by force-hosting a turn with just utgard and no other turns to mess up the game.

But getting a neutral person to do it makes sense. i'll ask in a post.

I am beginning to think this game may really be cursed.

Maybe ghoul is right and we should just end it and declare ddavidd the winner. Maer is the only other player with a good chance to win and it may between the banning and the host errors I'm not sure how to continue.
