Now in winSPMBT at OOB " Gulf states " this flag.
It is a flag of Kuwait.

"Gulf States" are all the states in the area without a nation-specific OOB.

e.g. Quatar, Dubai, Kuwait, Emirates etc.

The flag is quite simply generic as well. The Kuwaiti flag will do the job since about the only reason to use the G/S OOB is for the Iraqi invasion in 91.

Kuwait considers to upgrade its M-84 fleet to M-84D standard, so.. her is the M-84D in DESERT colors for Kuwait :D
