Some of it is available using the WayBack Machine (Internet Archive) which stores webpages off of the internet.

(wait for it to load from the archive)
If you do manage to retrieve a useful page, please consider taking the time to put that data on the other Dom3 wiki

So the original wiki is lost for good? That's a damn shame.

Please don't shout at me for asking this... :) How/why is the website actually down during "fixing" whatever was decided to be fixed..? Any website you know of, they/owner leave current system up while they make changes for new one, then go live. This baby's been gone for weeks & weeks, what can be so difficult?

What is really interesting is that it wont come up in a google or a bing search.....
No cache available, did this site ever exist or have all us players been teleported to an alternate dimension where this (http://strategywiki.org/wiki/Dominions_3:_The_Awakening) is the premier Dominions 3 wiki? (At least is has a walkthrough :) )
I sincerely hope not....
*edit* I actually had a look at that page and while its not as good as the true wiki its not as terrible as I thought.

How about this: he's busy and the wiki only exists by his good graces.
So please, be patient.

There's no revenue stream that maintains the wiki - it exists because lch made it and maintains it (and other people in the community donated time and content adding to it). Other than the financial donations a few have made to keep it going, I think the main way that lch gets compensated for his time is with our gratitude (whatever that's worth).
If you miss the wiki that much, maybe you'd be willing to go to lch's post where he explains what's going on and thank him for all the work he does providing us with this free service. I haven't actually done so yet myself, so I'll put my... fingers where my mouse is?
