If someone cast global.
1.It can be dispelled by special spell.
2.If there are 5 globals already, the weakest one is dispelled.
Do I understand properly?

And - can I dispel someone's global just by casting the same global with more gems? Or it should be dispelled before my cast?

1. Yes.
2. Casting a sixth global is treated as a dispel attempt against a randomly chosen global from the 5 in place.

3. You can, but don't forget there's a random factor as well. You want to exceed their spend by perhaps ~30 gems. Caster magic levels have an effect too.
