Jurri: Tomb Kings
Maerlande: Ogres
Raiel: Skaven
Sombre: MA Ulm
Quitti : Lizardmen
FrozenLama : MA Pythium

I have a new recipe.

Spums: Frozen Jalapeno pops.

Take 20 jalapeno peppers. Split and remove seeds. Chop fine. Add 1 cup water and 3 cups sugar. Boil until the sugar dissolves.

Pour into popsicle cups and freeze overnight.

And we have the final player signed up.

Now taking pretenders. Remember to enable WarhammerMA and ONLY WarhammerMA when making your pretender. Then send it to "Spumbumsicle"

Apparently Raiel is now having problems getting in irc.

His place is at stake. Those salivating at the prospect of this game can contact me to take that place.

Hopefully Raiel will sort it out though.

Since no one has posted anything to the contrary, I assume I'm still in and I've submitted my pretender accordingly.

Thanks for your patience... Please be assured that the next available oversized-rodent will scurry in fear from you at the earliest opportunity.

The problem is, both Spumbumsicle and the follow up Spumbumsicle2 have vanished without a trace from llamaserver. They do this once all pretenders are submitted and I assume the game tries to start.

I have no idea what's causing this, but if it isn't resolved, the game can't happen.

Right, apologies for these two false starts, but I think I have it all fixed now. It was a combination of a space in the map file and the use of autostart.

So first, do this:

(5:11:49 AM) Sombre: Seems to have worked.
(5:11:51 AM) Sombre: Ok.
(5:11:55 AM) Sombre: I'll reset the game.
(5:12:00 AM) Sombre: And I'll let people know.
(5:12:05 AM) Sombre: You need to rename the .map file.
(5:12:23 AM) Sombre: From "NI SixLands" or whatever, to "NI_SixLands"
(5:12:29 AM) Sombre: Replace the space with an underscore.

Once you've done that, you can submit your pretender, as before, to a game called "Spumbum"

BLOOD AND THUNDER!

VICTORY AT SEA!

I, Pernicious Peter, do see small wee skittering creatures with which to feed my hungry maws. Watch out you puny rat things and little men on horses.

And stegadon is very tasty. Lizard is all right but a bit greasy. I suppose in the next few turns we will try taste tests to determine the best direction for hunting. If anyone has good horse, rat, or lizard recipes, please forward them.

You could try pit roasted rat - I hear it's awesome! Stegadons are slightly too spiky but I bet your people would eat anything given to them...

I hear most of those wannabe koopa troopers bordering you to the south can be cooked within their own shells.

The people of Ulm are more canned goods, so we'll keep for now. No hurry.
