Speed in km/h

I have a little question about the interface. Is it possible to have speed in km/h ? MPH is no really clear for a little frenchie...

A very quick way, but not accurate, is to multiply the MPH number with 1.5
so if you see a vehicle running at 10MPH x 1.5 = 15KMH. It's not the most accurate, but it is very easy to get approximate speed in KMH without wasting time. The real answer to the above is a bit over 16km/h. Yes, multiplying by 1.6 would be more accurate, but not as easy to multiply on the fly.

That or do as I did and move to the UK for few years to get used to MPH. :p

It's only my opinion that it should be changed to metric, if it's not possible to make it into an option. What's not only an opinion but a fact, is that the metric system is logically superior. But if developers want to keep the miles, I'm quite okay with that.

I remember me that I have played with an older version of SP with metric mesures. I think that it war Steel Panthers III. But maybe it war a french version. It was possible to change in the option pannel, but it's history now... It was in 1998...
