Grip of Winter

Based on what I've read here, it sounds like CR100 provides immunity to Grip of Winter. Is this correct?

Yes.

I believe anything above (or including) CR 50 makes units immune to grip of winter.

This should be verified by a more experienced player :p

I've cast this spell many times (in games without mods--but I suspect that mods can't change this aspect of the spell), and the units with 75 cold resistance or less always gain fatigue and even turn blue. I've seen my mages become badly injured by the cold, even with 50 cold resistance. I think that partial resistance does help, but it doesn't grant immunity.
