Is there a quick way of revealing all magic sites on a map?

As I understand it the sites are generated on the first turn. I guess that they are stored in the fthrlnd file.

mod all sites to require pathlevel 0 of the relevant path. They'll all start revealed (although you'll have to conquer the provinces).

Alternately, mod Strands of Arcane Power to be Evo 1 and cost 1 pearl. Give your pretender high astral and 1 in every other path, and cast it. Wait a few turns. (Again, you need to conquer the provinces). Will not find holy sites, but this is a faster mod than modding all the sites. (I suppose you could just mod the holy sites to be H0 if you were doing this...) I also think this can't find X4 sites at all, but I'm not sure, and there are very few of those anyway.

Thanks. I guess that there's no elegant way to do it. I'd thought about modding acashic record - that will at least pick up every site - although the need to capture the map remains a tedious requirement.

Alternately, mod Acashic Record to be Conj 0, 1 level in an appropriate path for your cheapest mage recruit, and cost 0 gems. Spam it like there's no tomorrow.

Alternative version. It'll find both holy sites and level 4 sites, but does cost a lot more mage time.

Yes, that is the case. Magic sites might be added through random events, too, but the others that are revealed through site searching are fixed in the game creation phase. Why would you want to have a list of all the sites?
