Some minor suggestions on how to improve functionality of the Esc shortcut key:
* It should close the top-most info/planet window showing, even if that window doesn't have focus; that way you can just hit Esc quickly a couple of times and return to the action
* If you hit Esc and the Quit Game? dialog box comes up, hitting Esc again should close the box and return you to the game
