No, but it's currently in beta testing.

And coincidentally there was a recent post by Shrapnel asking for more beta testers due to so many new beta games (hint hint nudge nudge?)

Hey Gandalf good to see you here.. Always love reading your posts on the DOMIN III forums..

I went to their web site and they had a News item that Beta testing was open for people early Aug so I assumed it was closed by now... I will Email them..

Actually I was prodding Mr Krol for a tidbit.
Malfador might have arranged his own betas, I dont know.

But then again, if you like the idea of a free game, up to a year before everyone else, playing it WITH the developers, and getting to make some input before it gets released (and sometimes mention in the credits) then by all means get the NDA signed
