I seem to recall this being an issue earlier, but I did a search and could not find any posts. My core units in a generated campaign do not get smoke ammo. Specifically my Sherman Flails. I purchased support units for the most recent battle, and those flails do have about 10 smoke rounds each, even the non-leader tanks. This is what I would expect from engineering units, but mine never have any. These units have NOT been upgraded since the campaign started. And yes, I'm using 5.0. Any thoughts?

Yes - core tank units not getting main gun smoke replenished is already on the TBI list.
Core infantry, sp arty, mortars, howiters etc do get recharged.
I just checked my ongoing Jordanian 67 LC - M48s nil smoke (S/D OK), grunts yes, mortars yes, SPA yes, off map btys yes, saladins nil smk (S/D OK).
Me, I had never noticed that myself since I never ever use main gun AFV smoke ammo :)!.

I don't like using it either...means they are in the sh*t. :( One of my "support" Sherman Flails got caught in the open without much support by a T-34/85. The 76mm rounds the Flail has just bounce off it's armour, so hiding was the only option for the moment. I wasn't sure whether it had s/d's or not, and while checking I noticed it had smoke rounds. I knew from earlier battles that my Flails didn't, so that caught my eye. My other type core units ARE getting replenished, so I mis-spoke when I said "my core units" weren't getting any. Thanks for the feedback.
