Demo problem and fix

Hi

Running the demo on XP it would load to the menu screen but there would be two cursors (the game cursor and Windows cursor) and clicking on anything caused a crash.

Ran the demo in 256 color mode and it works fine, should anyone else have problems try this out.

I have some minor interface problems, mostly with alt and tabbing. However I am currently using Linux due to a total virus overload of my windows OS, so I'm nearly certain it's the Linux to blame, not the game :D

I will very soon partition a new Windows OS back on it, no thanks to viruses :bug:

I'm having the same problem, including alt-tabbing causing similar issues. The fix works if you don't alt-tab, but it's kind of annoying.
