What are the path and research requirements for casting Voice of Tiamat?

Sorry if I'm rather rude here, but it takes less than 2 minutes to look up something like that and there's no reason you can't do that yourself. If you want a little help with that, hitting the f/w/a/e/s/n/d/b keys will filter the research menus by their respective magic paths.

Meh. I'm regularly not thanked for things when answering noob questions, even if I give a very detailed and in depth answer. And if someone is too lazy to bother looking up something that will take 1 minute for them to do themself, I doubt they're going to hit that thanks button. Lately people seem to not bother saying anything at all, and just vanish after their question has been answered.

If I cared about the thanks button, I wouldn't have terribly much motivation to answer questions presently. It's really just the exuberant noobs who thank everyone who posts in their threads and the old timers who still hit that button.
