OK, this is confusing me:

I'm playing MA Man, SP game, and I'm using Mothers of Avalon to cast Wooden Warriors on my troops. In the manual this is listed as a 2N 50 fatigue spell. In the research listing it's listed at 2N 50 fatigue. But when my 2N 1A mothers cast it, they are taking 38 fatigue -- 35 + 3(enc). This is in vanilla, btw, not CBM or any other mod.

So what gives? Is there an accurate list somewhere of spell fatigue?

Nevermind, I figured it out. I was fighting in a Magic-3 dominion. I forgot this reduces fatigue. The same Mothers are taking 68 (65+3) fatigue in a drain-3 dominion now.

I'm leaving this post here so others learn from my mistake. :)

Offhand, check magic scale in the province. If it's positive you get less fatigue for casting. I don't recall the amount, so I'm not sure that explains it, but it's a start.

10% per level. So on a 50-fatigue spell, that's the +/- 15 pts I was seeing.
