I don't rightly know if natural BV (blood vengence) stacks with the blood spell. Unsure of what you mean by "work on someone with high MR"

BV checks against MR - I assume he's asking for an easier way to break through that. As far as I know there isn't, as BV doesn't inherit penetration boosters.

IIRC from the modding guide, BV's penetration scales with the BV value. I"m reasonably certain spell BV will stack with natural BV.
