I was defending as Germany against Russia. Enemy's armour was approaching my position with defended with a 76mm AT-gun (and 3 StuGs). When it was spotted, a SU-85 fired at it once with HE shell and destroyed it without killing the crew first. The crew remained healthy, but without a gun to operate.
I have seen it for a first time and I liked that mechanism very much. Well done!

The random number generator will do things like this once in awhile and it's what keeps things interesting. It's like a tank being destroyed but the entire crew bails out unscathed. In this case , becasue the crew is external, I belive the crew is checked first then the gun is tested.( the opposite of a tank ) In this case the crew passed and the gun failed

I don't care about the crew this time as it was aux unit.
I like that high caliber tank can engage AT-gun without the need to shoot down all the crew one by one*. Until yesterday I was thinking that a tank isn't a big threat to a gun.
* I know that below some percent of oryginal crew number the gun will only have 1 shot per turn.
