Permanent sub needed for LA Agartha in Waspworld (http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/showthread.php?t=46190).
It's late game (turn 69), graphs are off, but Agartha controls about a third of the map and Gift of Health. Other remaining players are Mictlan (bigger than Agartha), C'tis (smaller than Agartha), and Ermor (losing to Mictlan, as far as I can tell).
Agartha just started a war with C'tis (me) but I'd be fine with a truce if the sub wants time to figure out what's going on.
